    Hope you are doing well today.

    We understand that two-factor authentication (2FA) may introduce a minor inconvenience by requiring an additional step during login. However, the security benefits it provides in protecting your account and data far outweigh any downsides. Given the increasing cybersecurity threats, 2FA is an essential precaution in today’s digital environment. Please note that enabling this feature is optional. We are sending this message to all members who have not yet activated two-factor authentication for their WPMUDEV account.

    You can ignore this message if you don’t want to enable 2FA for your account, It’s optional, but we recommend that all members enable it.

      This reply is utterly useless. We can’t “just ignore it” because the pop up window keep coming up! Don’t treat us like we’re stupid :unamused: I already have so many other means of security on this… I really don’t appreciate WPMU treating me like a child and FORCING something on me!!:rage: And this will change my reviews/rating, likelihood to recommend because in any circumstances I do not it like when someone thinks they make decisions for me. Period.

      I just don’t get it :rolling_eyes: I enabled the stupid thing that I don’t want to begin with and now I still get the pop up saying I need to activate it. I dismiss it and then I get this pop up. So now I get TWO pop ups wasting time on the screen and aggravating me… Not a good look guys :unamused:

    I’m sorry to hear the issue still persists.

    Our QA team conducted numerous tests in various environments; however, we couldn’t replicate this issue. When you click on “Skip for now,” the 2FA popup should not appear again for 90 days.

    When the feature is enabled, you should not see anyone. Please try the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Log out of your WPMUDEV account on the HUB.
    2. Clear your browser cache and log back into your HUB account.

    If you are still experiencing the same issue, please share a screen recording or the steps to replicate the problem so we can investigate further.
